Our LIFE

I am not going to lie, I have had NO desire to update my blog the past few weeks and that is really not like me...

We are still playing the waiting game, Matt is on the waiting list at 3 out of the 4 schools he applied for--the other he didn't get into.

Matt and I are both kind of feeling a little bit at a loss of what to do right now. Matt has been trying to get a more permanent job incase he doesn't get into school, but so far that isn't happening.

I have been trying to get pregnant basically since Colton was born, and that isn't happening either :(

Anyway, after leaving Germany early (which still breaks my heart when I think about it) we have had kind of a hard time deciding what is best for us and getting back into Reality...

So, I think it is these times in life that we have to take a step back and realize all of the things that we are thankful for and all of the things that ARE going our way :) We had a wonderful family to come home to and let us stay with them until we figure things out, we have the sweetest little boy who makes our world go 'round, and we have the gospel and lots of time to study it :)

We also would have missed out on all of this.... (if we were still in Germany)

Not the wedding!!! Just the wedding plans..showers...pictures...

Carli and Tyson had their wedding pictures taken a couple of days ago...this is just one off of my mom's camera-- the wedding is in less than 3 weeks!

Carli's cute sisters on the left and a friend on the right at Carli's shower

Carli and her mom

Matt and I took Colton to a petting zoo because Colton LOVES animals!

Just wishing he could be in there

We love this little man...

Also---A couple of weeks ago we took a trip up to Idaho to see the blessing of the newest addition to the Stucki family, Rhev. I stole this picture off of my sister-in-laws blog but isn't he the cutest?? Now we have 4 grandBOYS and no girls!

Colton also got to go on his first 4-Wheeler ride with Grandpa!

And of course, the trip to Idaho consisted of a shower for Carli :) Look at this cute table my mom decorated!

Carli and her gifts :)

This way cute apron my mom got for Carli! We are so excited to have another girl in the family!!
and we love Carli SOo much!

Me :) I know this is pathetic, but Carli taught me how to curl my hair :) Wow, it took me this long-- I know!

Well- that's about it :)

Well now that you know how to curl your hair, you can teach me. Because I still don't know how, and your hair looks SO cute in that picture!

Hang in there. Ahhhh, I really feel for you right now. The waiting game is no fun, and it's hard not knowing what your future holds but it will work out. Sounds like you are making the best out of your situation. Counting your blessings always makes a difference. That is good advice for all of us. And on a positive note, your hair is beautiful!

Love your hair too, can you come teach me how to do mine!! :) We just booked our tickets to come home... We are excited and nervous too.. We think about the same things as you guys have been.. We also will be staying with family and ever so grateful for that. I have applied for like 8 jobs for my hubbie and have not heard anything back...We stress over buying a home or renting every day.. But not knowing what we will be doing puts that decision on hold. I also want to get preggie again; i am so baby hungry, our boys grew up way to quickly!!... wish I could freeze time. Are you in Utah?? We should get together and let our boys play and catch up.. that would be soo fun.. we fly home in two weeks... Well hang in there lady... My dad told me a while back, "When blessing and the things we want seem to be put on hold, it is only because there are blessing and experiences insight for us that we can’t believe we could ever obtain... That gives me hope at times like this!! Talk to ya soon!! :)

I am glad I am not the only one who doesn't know how to curl their hair!!! Hang in there, before you know it you will be wishing for the slower paced, what should we do with ourselves time. Like they say, feast or famine.
