Halloween

So...this was actually before Halloween, me at 34 weeks! yaay..I dont know why I dont look too happy in this picture!
Here is another shot where I look a little bit happier! I am now 35 weeks and getting very anxious, but not too anxious! My doctor did say he would try and induce me on December 4th!! yay. Matt goes out of town on the 8th, my due date, so hopefully all works out!
Well...isn't he a good sport. I had to talk him into doing it, and then I drew the face on it(trying to make it look like a baby-didn't really succeed)
This was my job..the best part!! Digging all the insides out!
In the process...
Anyway, our lives have been good these last few weeks! I can't believe it is already NOVEMBER..yay!! Matt has his first game tomorrow! UNfortunately I have class and can not miss so I have to miss the game... Anyway, Im getting very excited to start watching him, its such a fun time of year, and this will be the lasT! I think I'll be more excited once the baby is born so I can bring him to the games instead of my belly!!

It looks like you guys had a fun halloween. Sorry we couldn't go bowling with you guys. I was pretty sick, but I am feeling a lot better. My face is still swollen, but hopefully it will start going down. I got your baby shower invitation today too. I am way excited to come.

THANKS!!!! Yea I have had more ultrasounds than I would have back home.. they do them at 12 weeks, 22and 32 for sure.. I have even had more... I think all in total like 6.. it has been really nice... They take a lot of time in the appointments too, I have a midwife and she is super nice, the language barrier is tough but we are used to each other now.. she is a lady, so we have that unwritten woman language ya know!!! :) We are almost ready, how about you??? One of my friend had her baby 6 weeks early and it kicked me in to gear to get all ready for him.. I actually just washed all of his stuff and blankets today... My hubbie is out of town for 3 weeks so I am trying to get it all ready so when he comes home little Malik can come when he wants! :) I have to get a few thinks still but just little stuff... I guess you could say I was super anxious, and I have so much free time so I have had the room all ready for a while now... well like the crib set up and stuff... My parents just sent his crib set, so today I put it all up after washing it.. Oh and my husband was in the stated and got his stroller and car seat and brought it back for us... Yea the time is starting to really go by fast, I can’t believe it either... have you two decided on a name?? Good luck with the last few weeks, it is so fun.. I love it.. my little guy get the hiccups all the time all day long, and he is like constantly poking my bladder.. it’s awesome!! Looking forward to both our little ones being born!!! WAHOOOO!!! :)

You look so great! This next month will fly by. I was wondering if you would get induced or not due to the basketball schedule. We would love to see you guys and go to a game if you make any of the trips out here this season.

Chels - What's up? Just thought I would let you know that I started my own blog. I swore I wouldn't until I got married, but this is the only way I keep in touch with people.

That is so nice your mom is coming, I bet you are way excited… Yea you two will get everything all ready!!! :) Oh it is exciting waiting for all of the stuff… When my husband was back in the states the first time a few weeks ago I was so excited for him to bring back the stroller and stuff, he was bringing back the bedding too but he forgot it… but it was ok because my parents sent it… it is always so nice to get things in the mail…
I pretty much just have to pack the hospital bags and wait for our little guy to get here… I feel the same as you, I think all the time wow he is really in there and will be here so soon.. It is truly a miracle… SO how are you feeling in the home stretch? I am feeling pretty ok, but luckily I get to rest a lot… I just keep care of our girlz (chocolate labs) they do keep me pretty busy… I am more tired now, and my body is starting to be a more sore from the neck down… I woke up to a charlie horse in my right calf last week and it was sore for like a week… Oh I get acid reflex like crazy, and burps… oh and I have been having Braxton hicks contractions everyday a few times a day for the past 2 in a half weeks….
Our little guy is a little wiggle worm, always poking or pushing some part of his body out… he gets the hiccups a lot now, loves to poke my bladder, oh and I get up a bazillion time as night to use the toilet… But guess it will just get me ready for his feeding schedule… The French think he is going to be big, when they chart him he is above average in all the categories… they say his head it big, but the French are all so small and petite… I am not worried, he is a Polynesian baby!!! :) I just don’t want to have a c-section… Oh so are you going to have an epidural?? I am going to try without… we will see…. I had my anesthesiologist appt this week… luckily he spoke a little English… Well just so excited too… I love talking preggie stuff as well… this will help the last few weeks go by quicker… Good luck to you too, have fun with your mom you will have to put photos up of the crib and bedding and stuff when you are done… well sorry for the novel.. ha ha Oh good luck to your hubbie with his basketball season!!!! Talk to you soon!
